MEET CRAIG STUART Craig Stuart is the owner and chief appraiser for the company.   Craig is certified with the state of Michigan and has 19 years of experience in the southeastern Michigan market.  He formerly has held positions as a regional appraisal manager for Wachovia and World Savings Bank covering the states of Indiana and Michigan and as a district loan appraisal manager and staff appraiser.  He specializes in high dollar properties, REO and FHA properties and vacant land.   Craig has completed and reviewed more than 10,000 appraisals to date and continues to take industry related courses and stay current in all guidelines.  He subscribes to the MI-Realsource and Real Comp II Ltd multiple listing services and is fully insured. Craig lives in Huntington Woods, Michigan with his wife and two sons.  He is an avid soccer player and enjoys coaching his son's soccer teams. He also enjoys traveling, camping, skiing and remodeling his own home in his spare time.
